This whole first part of the race report is too ugly to squeeze in any unnatural sounding sponsor hugs. But I will say that the Mafate Speed 2 is a PHENOMENAL trail shoe that essentially did 170km straight out of the box for the most insanely well balanced mix of fit, grip, and protection yet.
